Owatonna Parks Master Plans

The City of Owatonna has been working to create a master plan for four main park areas within the city: Cashman Park, Morehouse Park, Kaplan's Parkway / Lake Kohlmier, and Kaplan's Woods.

A final concept has been developed for each park and we would love to get your input.  First, please click on each park on the left side bar to view the park concepts.  Please provide us with your input or any additional ideas you may have regarding the four park area concepts by commenting on the interactive maps.   Please identify any concerns, ideas, as well as the things you like about the concepts.
